- Open Google Play.
- Tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Pick BrainPip and tap Cancel subscription.

Questions
How does the BrainPip score work?
It’s the average of your seven skill scores, so every skill counts the same. Every game updates its skill’s score: harder levels, accuracy and speed count most. Off days can dip a score a little, and that’s normal.
How do streak freezes work?
If you miss a day, a streak freeze covers it automatically so your streak keeps going. The free plan gets 1 freeze a month and Plus gets 3. Some achievements add bonus freezes. New monthly freezes arrive on the 1st.
How do I cancel Plus?
Plus is billed by the App Store or Google Play, so you cancel there: on iPhone go to Settings, your name, Subscriptions; on Android open Google Play, Payments and subscriptions. You keep Plus until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and your progress stays either way.
Why did a game’s level go down?
Levels adapt to keep each game at the edge of your ability. A few strong games move you up, and a tough game can move you down one level. If you’d rather choose the level yourself, switch Difficulty to Fixed in Settings.
Can I get a lost streak back?
If your streak ended yesterday, Plus members can repair it today with a streak freeze. After that day the streak can't be repaired, but your best streak always stays on your profile.
How does the monthly challenge work?
Join from the challenge screen, then play your daily workouts to earn points. The top 3 players when the month ends win free months of Plus. The challenge and the rank board are part of BrainPip Plus; read the Official rules in the app for the details.
Can I switch between US and UK English?
Yes. Go to Settings → Language and pick English (US) or English (UK). Games that check spelling, like Spellcast and Trim, use the matching spelling.
How do I download or delete my data?
Go to Settings → Privacy and data. Download my data emails you a copy within 48 hours. Delete account removes your profile and progress for good.
