About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Technamah LLP ("Technamah", "we", "us"), a limited liability partnership registered in India, which makes BrainPip. By creating an account or using BrainPip you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use BrainPip.
Who can use BrainPip
BrainPip is for adults. You must be 18 or over to create an account or use BrainPip, and by using it you confirm that you are. If we learn that someone under 18 is using BrainPip, we may close their account and delete their data.
What BrainPip is (and isn't)
BrainPip offers games, lessons and daily workouts for practicing everyday thinking skills such as speed, focus, memory, math, reading, writing and speaking. Scores, ranks and reports show how you do in BrainPip's games. They are not a medical, psychological or educational assessment, and BrainPip is not a treatment for any condition. Talk to a qualified professional about any health concern.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private and tell us straight away at technamah.info@gmail.com if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. Give accurate information when you sign up, including your age range. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account, which removes your profile and progress.
BrainPip Plus
BrainPip Plus is an optional paid subscription or one-time purchase that unlocks extra games, the rank board and the monthly challenge, longer workouts, more streak freezes, advanced stats and other features shown in the app. Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are also governed by their terms. Prices are shown in the app before you pay and include any taxes the store collects.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renew in your App Store or Google Play settings at least 24 hours before it ends. Free trials become paid subscriptions when they end unless you cancel before then. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Monthly challenge
The monthly challenge and the rank board are part of BrainPip Plus. Prizes are free months of BrainPip Plus and badges, never cash. The challenge is governed by its Official rules, which you accept when you join and which you can read in the app at any time.
Fair play
Don't cheat, automate play, use more than one account to gain an advantage, interfere with our servers, reverse engineer the app, harvest other players' information, or use BrainPip to harass anyone. We check results on our servers and may remove scores, points, prizes or accounts that break these rules.
Content and AI help
BrainPip, its games, lessons, words, designs and software belong to Technamah or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your own, non-commercial use. The AI tutor gives automated explanations that can occasionally be wrong; use your own judgment.
Changes and availability
We improve BrainPip over time, so features, games and content may change or be removed. We aim to keep BrainPip available but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. If we make important changes to these terms, we'll tell you in the app before they take effect. If you keep using BrainPip after that, the new terms apply.
Ending your use
You can stop using BrainPip and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, and we'll tell you why unless the law or safety stops us.
Liability
BrainPip is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Technamah is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim about BrainPip is limited to the amount you paid us for BrainPip Plus in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be limited.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at technamah.info@gmail.com and we'll try to resolve it. Courts in Surat, Gujarat, India have jurisdiction, subject to any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
